Pastoral Team
The current members of our pastoral team are listed below, along with ways to contact each of them should you need to.
David is married to Fiona and they have four children: Luke, Matt, Grace and Marcus. David is the lead pastor, with primary responsibility for Bible teaching and overseeing the pastoral team. David is the founding pastor of Crossroads, and has had a long history of involvement in university ministry in Canberra. David is also the chaplain to the Brumbies Super 14 team.
Marcus is married to Kelly and they have three children: Charlotte, Jesse and Taylor. Marcus leads the ministry team at Crossroads in the City. He has a long history of involvement with FOCUS at the universities, and training men and women in ministry through MTS.
David is married to Elissa and they have three children: Hayley, Anneka and Imogen. David has responsibility for the Crossroads North congregation. He also coordinates the City Bible Forum in Civic.
Anthony is married to Kylie and they have two girls, Laura and Amelie. In 2010 Anthony will be responsible for leading the planting of a new congregation of Crossroads in Weston Creek called Crossroads South.
Steve is married to Cathy and they have two boys, Matthew and Joshua. Steve oversees the children’s and youth ministries in the church, including the Sunday morning Kingdom Kids and youth programs, Crossfire Youth Group, Boys Clubs, Girls Clubs and more.
Owen is married to Catherine and they have four boys, Rémy, Simon, Jémuel and Timothy. Owen leads the ministry to international students at ANU (Crossroads International Fellowship - CIF) and at UC (iFOCUS). They are new to Canberra in 2009, as previously they lived in France working as missionaries with university students.
Michelle moved to Canberra in Dec 08 to take up the role of pastoring women at Crossroads in the City. She is involved in training women for ministry through the Ministry Training Strategy (MTS) and spends a day a week at the University of Canberra with FOCUS. She is passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus, enjoys Saturday morning brunches (especially the ones that involve bacon and maple syrup) and walking her puppy Baxter.
